Breast Resistances

These resistances are manufactured from 80/20 1100ºC chrome-nickel wire, high purity mica, natural mica, brass profile or stainless profile. M5 stainless impus screws and special nuts are used. In the special connection box, 50 cm imported steel braided armored cable with resistance ends are combined with spot welding. Insulation is provided by 600ºC glass fiber tubing and special static end stone. - These types of heaters are ideal for working environments up to 400ºC. - Nozzle (end) resistances, which are not affected by melt plastic leakage during use, are carefully manufactured in desired sizes and values, except for standard sizes up to 5 cm².
